As it is a product designed to not lose the basic function of powerful controllers, it already has some programmed settings. Unit adjustments are made using jumpers in a standard opening. With its reduced size, the Controller is built on a 72x72mm panel capable of providing space and cost savings without losing the rigid and robust built-in protection systems. In the AUTO function, it monitors 1, 2 or 3 phases of the utility's input, depending on the generator set's needs and performs automatic load transfer, starting, stopping, emergency activations and monitoring of failures in the operation of the generator sets. The occurrence of the following fault conditions will cause the engine to stop immediately: - Overspeed - Low generator voltage - High engine temperature - Low oil pressure The DKG-107 provides factory-set timers. However, there is an oil level switch and 60Hz options selected by jumpers and a limit adjusted by a low voltage potentiometer located at the bottom of the unit. The limits for the correct generator frequency are 30 to 57 hertz for 50Hz operation and 30 to 68Hz for 60Hz operation. Lamp testing is possible by keeping the MODE key pressed. The unit operates on 12 or 24 vdc.
